Added mouse tap tempo to millisecond / BPM controls.
Added keyboard tap tempo functionality for millisecond controls (just hit the “t” key!).

Fixed a bug where numeric readouts didn’t immediately update on playback start in some DAWs.
Fixed a bug where tooltips would be incorrectly placed in non-standard window sizes.
Fixed a bug where tooltips would still show on certain elements even when disabled.
Fixed a bug where Trem Control could make an audible click on playback start.
Fixed a bug where very small buffer sizes could cause automation distortion in Panpot.
